Are you ready for the easiest and vegan-friendly pancakes out there? Here we go.....
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup plant milk (I use either oat and almond)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Stir well and cook on medium heat
For the topping: I usually like my pancakes chocolatey and when I've run out of vegan "nutella", I make my own by simply heating up some vegan chocolate and plant milk using the bain-marie method (basically adding a little bowl with your ingredients in a pot of boiling water)
